We moved from Alaska to Colorado. The packers were punctual & professional, yet very friendly. We had enough packers to keep us on schedule. The moving truck arrived at our house in Colorado within the estimated time frame. We had so little damage to our belongings that we didn’t bother turning it in to the moving company. We feel very fortunate to have been in such good strong hands!

Absolutely the best movers experience I have had in anchorage. Calista was fantastic and helped the whole way. Constantly communicating with us during the process. The pickup crew was fantastic as the day was so icy, they couldn't get a truck to the house. They found a way to divert another vehicle to our location to get the pickup completed. All in all a great company from representative to Dispatcher to ground crew. A+++

Everything went absolutely perfectly! The Team was efficient, thorough, polite, and 100% Professional! We only wish they would be with us at the other end of the move! They would be most welcome!!!

Look no further than Alaska Terminals for your upcoming move. Nicole and her staff are courteous and professional. We moved a lot while on active duty and I can say this has been the best move we have made. The crew handled our belongings with care and Nicole took incredibly great care of us. I would certainly use Alaska Terminals/Atlas for any future moves. It will be in your best interest to give Nicole a call.

Start to finish and beyond, Alaska Terminals Moving Company made my whole moving experience not only easy, but highly enjoyable as well! My Pre-inspection and phone calls with Dave were handled promptly, with respect, and with an emphasis on what my needs were. The crews that packed us up and hauled our goods to our new location were very courteous to me, my kids, and everyone else walking through our house during our transition. Everyone was determined to make their time in our house quick yet safe and non-damaging to our goods. They all took time out of what they were doing to answer my questions. They were super efficient at their job and worked well as a team. I would highly recommend Alaska Terminals for any moving needs & will use them again in the future if I should happen to move again!

Nicole and her team are without doubt the finest moving company we’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. The men that packed us were professional, courteous, and worked hard to pack and load us. They’re great guys!! Then the team that unloaded our belongings at the new house were just as wonderful going above and beyond in helping us. Nicole remained in touch with us throughout the process. Incredible service all around.

Working with Alaska Terminals on our Alaska leg our cross-country move was great! They called as soon as our belongings arrived in the port to schedule delivery. They arrived on delivery day on-time. The two men we're professional & took great care of our items during unloading. Once we got everything unpacked, they even came back to pick up our moving boxes for recycling! I'd definitely use them again for any move I might have!

On extremely short notice, Alaska Terminals packed and moved some of our mom's possessions from Alaska to my Chicago area home and the rest of our mom's possessions to Idaho for my sister after our mom passed away and my sister and I had to clear out her apartment. I have moved many times (25 to include overseas moves) during my life and I have never seen items packed so carefully and thoroughly. Every piece of china and every fragile collectible arrived completely intact. Everyone that we worked with was very professional and very thorough. Nicole followed our shipments from the time she first provided a quote to us to the day they were delivered to our houses.

Best experience I’ve had with movers in my military career. No wonder they are 5 stars average on Google. They handle everything with care and packed/cushioned everything! Never had this much ease of mind with my stuff. The workers themselves were great people too! Down to earth people doing amazing work! I wish every move was these guys doing it. If you see Alaska Terminals as your assigned mover, you know you’re in the best hands!

I moved my stuff from Alaska to Pennsylvania. It was to take 4 or 5 weeks, but I actually needed a bit longer, so I was glad they will store your things for a short time at no extra charge. Calista Ross was the person helping me. She did the estimates and was very up front about prices and how it all works. Even after I got to PA, she kept in touch to find out when I wanted it delivered. The 2 guys that packed my things were fast and efficient. It only took about 3 hours to pack up 30 boxes of stuff, a queen mattress, and a few small shelves. The crate came to my new place on an Ace moving truck, and it was still nailed shut. The boxes were all in good condition, just like when they left AK.
